At Blu Jay Plumbing and Rooter, we specialize in New Sewer Connections whether it is Installing new sewer laterals for new construction or for converting from a private disposal system to the city sewer system. We will extend city main lines and construct or re-modify manholes per Plan specifications.
We Repair or Replace Existing Sewer Lines that have been caused by breaks or offsets. Cleaning and maintaining commercial sewer lines are critical in having cost effective plumbing.
We can also construct New Storm Drain lateral Installations from city storm drains to property lines as well as new drain lines from that point to city curb face in areas where there is a public right-of-way.
Also included in our commercial sewer services are:
- all necessary hardscape saw cutting, demolition and removal
- installation of street plates and and all traffic coordination
- all shoring, laying of pipe and slurry backfill
