We are very happy with their service. Their office responded our calls fast, and were very respectful. We needed to change 10 feet of sewer pipes. They took extra effort to find out the source of the problem and once they did, they communicated about the job very clearly. They answered all our questions and immediately started to work for hours, and finished the whole job the next day. They provided us some photos of different stages of the job, showing gradual completion of the whole process. They were very respectful and behaved very professionally. We are very happy with their work and definitely will call them anytime we need plumbers in the future.

On Jan 10/2023 when it was raining really hard, noticed exterior drainage system was clogged and water was rising and close to getting into the house. I called a few who promised to call, but never did and one who quoted $750 / first hr because of rain, the lady at blujay (Pillar) was curious, understood and promised to call me which she did within 15 min and their price is the same rain or shine. 30 min later Mario and Jose showed up, assessed the issues. worked fast and were able to unclog the drains on both sides of our house in 1 hr while it was raining hard. Pedro and Luis are fantastic. We had to replace 100-year-old pipes going from our house to the main sewer. This was going to involve digging ditches in our driveway and a huge one in our neighbor’s backyard, because the connection to the city sewer was actually on their side of the property. I was definitely dreading this. But Luis and Pedro and their team made the whole process so easy. They were efficient and communicative, not only with me, but also with my neighbor. They explained everything, making sure I understood exactly what was going on, and what I was paying for. They made this whole process so easy. I’d met with 3 plumbers about this job, and I definitely chose the right company. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Plumbing inspection on new house - very professional and highly recommend!

Plumbers were courteous and helpful, but I felt I should have been presented with all options before any attempt was made to break up interior slab. This left a terrible amount of dust. I would hire them again but strongly suggest checking with other contractors regarding all options before breaking up any slabs. Most local plumbers are aware of drain pipe conditions in my neighborhood for houses built in '60's without camera inspections. These were not.

Super Techs Mario & José have a 5-STAR WORK ETHIC. Within the same MINUTE of changing into his work boots, José was in the trench, digging. The job also included camera work & hydro-jetting. My elderly mother was without water for LESS than 90 minutes total on this Mainline Sewer Replacement. All work was completed before the scheduled time. Clean-up was detailed & flawless. TRULY an all-around blessing. MUST mention Pilar here, who fields all calls at Blu Jay, revises all Estimates, and relays messages to El Jefe. Her follow-up skills are OUTSTANDING. She calls you back when she says she will and there was NEVER a worry on the paperwork. You're in good hands with her in the driver's seat. Pedro was a TOTAL professional, stated his assessment clearly, stressed the warranties on Blu Jay's work & materials, mentioned payment options, and answered EVERY question I asked. Overall: An ALL-STAR TEAM here. Would ABSOLUTELY hire again. NOTE: Have some chilled Gatorades ready for these skilled workers because they come READY TO WORK and GET THE JOB DONE.

Pedro and Luis at Blue Jay Plumbing and Rooter did an excellent job in hydro-jetting two lines under our house cleaning out over 25 years of grease and negelect. My wife and I could not figure out why our washing machine would frequently back-up spewing water all over the utility room. Mopping up all the water became really annoying. Washing machine repair guy replaced a water control valve; didn't solve the problem. He informed us it was a blockage in our drain lines under the house. That is when we turned to Blue Jay Plumbing and Rooter. Pedro and Luis identified the problem and hydro-jetted the lines. I could not believe all of the grease that came out of those two lines. They did a great job and we have not had a problem since. We are now very careful about allowing anything greasy going down our kitchen sink. I strongly recommend Blue Jay Plumbing and Rooter for all of your hydro-jetting needs.

We called Pedro about our outdoor drain issue and both he and Pilar in his office responded within 5 minutes! He promised to be at our house in 4 hours, texted us en route and had his office confirm his visit. He was in and out in 40 minutes and was thorough, explanatory, responsive and successful at rectifying our issue. It was so refreshing to have a real professional respond, visit and repair our problem in a timely fashion. We had contacted our ‘regular’ plumber and another but Blue Jay called promptly. We unequivocally recommend Pedro and his staff and will positively use them again! (hopefully we won’t need to)

Replaced a piece of clay sewer pipe that had been damaged by tree roots with a piece of plastic pipe. The clay pipe was more than six feet down and partially under the sidewalk. This was NOT easy digging. Luis and crew carefully hand-dug the pipe out and replaced it. They filled in the hole and cleaned up the mess. One day later, it's hard to tell where the hole was dug. Quality, efficient work at a reasonable price. We definitely recommend Blu Jay and will use them again in the future.

Pedro and his crew were timely and professional. We have an 80year old house with that age piping. He unclogged our sewer/ pipe line exiting the house by removing tree roots and Roto-rooting our pipes. He ended up needing to do a trench less repair of our main line and lining the sewer line to the main trunk. Pedro was very forthright in how our pipes looked with his camera system and what was needed to make our sewer line clear to avoid future backup’s. ( which ALWAYS happens around the holidays!). He helped us get our house back to normal pre-backup. Thank you Pedro.

I called Blu Jay Plumbing on St. Patricks Day at 5 PM, they came out to my property by 7 PM. I was amazed at the professionalism from the moment I called and spoke to Pilar to the work completed by Christian and his team. Unlike other plumbing rooter companies I've used in the past, Blu Jay actually cares about the customer's needs. The reason I called them was because the company I had used before told me they would not be able to come out to clear our clog until two weeks later. Pilar was super helpful and made multiple calls to all the plumbers to see which team could come out to my area. She kept me in the loop the entire time which was extremely considerate and professional. The job was not easy and Christian and his team were there for almost 3 hours. Nonetheless, they did an incredible job and we were able to flush our toilets again, LOL. I would highly recommend Blu Jay Plumbing and Rooter to everyone in the SoCal area!

Blu Jay Plumbing is the place to call for all your plumbing needs! Pilar was super helpful on the phone and kept us updated on the arrival time of the plumbers. We had an issue with our main drain line and Pedro & his team came out immediately to clear the line. They hydro jetted the line and cleaned up the insane amount of build up that was pouring out of the clean out. I have never been more satisfied with a plumber. In the past, the line was not cleared properly and we still had issues the same day/week. Blu Jay took good care of us and left the place super tidy. Thank you Blu Jay for your hard work! This company was great. I called them and tried to get them to come before the end of the day and repair a leak. They were honest enough to say that they couldn't come that day, but they'll come first thing in the morning. The plumber later that day called and asked if he could come that afternoon, which he did. He sent me photos of what the problem was to get my approval to do the work. He was done before the end of the day. The residents checked to see if there were any more leaks. The dispatcher was also great. She was very easy to communicate and work with. I would use them again in the future.

I feel it's rare to still encounter A+ customer service these days, but I was very happy to have my faith renewed after working with Blu Jay Plumbing last week. We were panicked because one of our sinks was clogged, yet again, but now our second sink was also backing up. We did not want to call the last plumber who told us our only option was to pay them 5K+ to repair our issue. Based on their reviews we decided to call Blu Jay. I reached Pedro who was calm, professional and reassured me they could determine and fix the problem and that they adhere to all CDC guidelines. As promised, Luis and Rueben arrived within their timeframe, masked, with shoe covers and maintained appropriate distance. It did not take long for them to troubleshoot our sinks, but I was happy to see they too used a camera to determine what was clogging our pipes. They too reported that we had major root blockage, but that they could hydrojet and allow us time to save up for our necessary pipe replacement. We so appreciated their honesty, professionalism and competitive rates. Luckily, their amazing hydrojet cleared most of the root problem and we are already saving to have Blu Jay return for our needed work. Not only that, but they included on our invoice that what we paid would be deducted from our future repair. We will only use them from now on! We found a business we can trust and we saw first hand that they put their customers first and this makes all the difference. Call them if you're ever in need, you can't go wrong!

I've had this great small business at my home on 3 different occasions over the last 6 months for different issues and they have been solid all 3 times. I had 3 different technicians out all 3 times and they were always clean, professional, and very clear as to what the issue was and how they were going to resolve it! They've jetted our sewer lines, identified a major leak (that we were not aware of) under our kitchen (which explained a minor moldy smell we were experiencing during that time), replaced old corroded sewer line with ABS, uncloggedd 2 drains, re-routed two water lines, and conducted a full inspection of all our sewer lines with their camera. Great small valley-based business!!
